Booking Fee

In order to proceed with booking your initial consultation and to confirm your requested appointment time as soon as possible, please return the following booking slip with your £15 deposit, or make a secure online payment by clicking on the link below.

If you would prefer to send a cheque or cash, please include a copy of the booking form with your payment, and send to:

This deposit will be deducted from your last appointment or returned at the initial consultation if you do not wish to proceed with therapy.

This deposit may not be returned in the case of missed appointments or late cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment time.
